FSN hires four, appoints new executive adviser
FSN Capital has hired a new investment director, two investment managers and an associate, as well as appointing Stein Surlien as executive adviser.
Stein Surlien is currently the chairman of Oslo-based data security software firm Norman Safeground; he was previously CEO of Norman Shark, which was owned by FSN until the business was acquired by Blue Coat Systems in December.
Surlien is also former senior vice president of Oracle EMEA and managing director of Oracle Norway.
Daniel Bertoli joined the mid-market Nordic private equity firm as an investment director in March, having formerly held the role of engagement manager at McKinsey & Co in Singapore.
Viktor Hansson joined FSN in May as an investment manager. Prior to that, he served as a director of the programme management office at Munters in Stockholm. He is a former case team leader at Bain & Co.
Nicolai Norrbom has also become an investment manager at FSN, having joined in June. Like Bertoli, he joined from McKinsey where he was an engagement manager. He had previously worked as an attorney-at-law at law firm Kromann Reumert.
Kasper Sørensen became an associate at FSN in May, having joined the firm from Credit Suisse in London. He previously worked as an analyst at Odin Equity Partners in Denmark.
