
Nordic Capital appoints two to adviser network

Stockholm-based GP Nordic Capital has appointed Per E. Larsson and Paul Hökfelt as senior advisers and operating chairpersons to the Nordic Capital funds.
The senior adviser role will see the two assist Nordic Capital on a range of matters, including proprietary deal-sourcing, company development and portfolio company exits.
Larsson and Höfkelt will also be operating chairpersons of selected Nordic Capital portfolio businesses. Larsson, who will have a particular focus on financial services and fintech at Nordic Capital, currently chairs the GP's portfolio companies Euroline, Lindorff, Orc and CameronTec investments. Hökfelt chairs Unilabs, the Binding Site, and AniCura.
Larsson has previously held positions as the CEO of Finno-Swedish stock exchange service provider OMX, UBS in the Middle East and North Africa, and Borse Dubai. He has also been the chair of Stockholm's stock exchange.
In addition to board seats at Nordic Capital investments, Hökfelt is chairperson for Swiss private medical clinic, Clinique la Colline. At UniLabs, he previously held the title of executive chairperson, having served as managing director of the company for 12 years prior.
Hökfelt has also been the president and CEO of Swedish private healthcare group Capio, and has 20 years' experience in the international finance and healthcare sectors.
