FSN Capital makes promotions
FSN Capital has promoted Erik Nelson and Ulrik Smith to partners, Partice Jabet to director, and has appointed three new executive advisers.
Nelson joined FSN in 2005 from Deutsche Bank's London corporate finance team. He has also previously worked for Ernst & Young in Oslo. Nelson holds an MSc in business from McGill University, Canada, and Norwegian School of Management BI.
Smith joined FSN in 2005 from Citigroup in Chicago. He had previously worked for McKinsey & Company in Canada and Venturepark Incubator in Germany. Smith holds a bachelor of economics and management from McGill University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jabet joined the FSN team in 2008. Prior to this, he worked in Lazard's Nordic M&A advisory team in Stockholm and at Keystone Advisers. Jabet holds an MSc in industrial management and engineering from Lund Institute of Technology.
Meanwhile Dag Opedal, Peter Giørtz-Carlsen and Jesper B Jørgensen have been promoted to executive advisers. Opedal is currently a member of Telenor ASA's board. Giørtz-Carlsen is currently executive vice president of Arla Food, responsible for Denmark. Jørgensen is a member of the group management committee at Knauf, responsible for northern Europe.
