Nordic private equity firm Triton has hired Oscar Mosgaard as a senior industry expert based in the GP’s Copenhagen office.
Mosgaard has advised on more than 100 deals over the course of a 32-year career in M&A, with 17 years of investment banking experience and 15 years as an M&A lawyer.
He co-founded the corporate finance division of FIH Erhvervsbank, FIH Partners, of which Mosgaard was managing partner for eight years. According to Danish media, the corporate finance house earned nearly DKK 900m during his tenure.
Before founding FIH Partners, he was the managing director of Carnegie Investment Bank between 1997-2006.
