
Fagerberg & Dellby acquires BIG BAG
Fagerberg & Dellby and APELNS’s management have acquired BIG BAG Sweden AB and APELNS Express AB through a newco.
The combination of the two companies creates a strong player in the market for recycling of construction, industrial and office waste as well as bulky waste from properties. BIG BAG was founded in 2003 and currently generates a turnover of SEK 115m. APELNS history dates back to the 1930's and the company currently generates a turnover of approximately SEK 100m.
The company is set to grow, primarily in the Swedish market but also in other Nordic countries.
