CapMan's turnover totalled €23.2m in Q3
CapMan Group had a turnover of тЌ23.2m in total in Q3, according to its interim report for the period 1 January-30 September.
The group's operating profit was €4.2m during the period. Profit before taxes was €3.8m and profit after taxes was €3.9m, compared to €2.3m last year. Earnings per share for the review period were 2.4 cents, representing an increase from last year's 0.5 cents.
The fund investment business recorded an operating profit of €3.5m. CapMan received a total of €8.7m in cash flow from repaid capital and carried interest from funds due to exits completed during the period. Exits after the review period contributed an additional €6m in cash flow from repaid capital.
The group is redeeming its existing hybrid bond by issuing €30m in debt securities. CapMan had close to €3.2bn in capital under management as of 30 September 2013.
Head of CapMan public market Joakim Rubin will step down from the management group as of 11 November. He will continue as head of the public market team.
