
Delphi appoints Marcus Nivinger
Swedish law firm Delphi has hired Marcus Nivinger to join its banking and finance group as partner.
Nivinger joined on 1 February and will further strengthen the law firm's equity and capital markets practice. Prior to joining Delphi, he worked in international capital markets law as a secondee at Latham & Watkins in London.
Nivinger has experience in legal matters concerning banking, finance and capital markets, having assisted in rights issues, IPOs and public offerings. He previously worked in these fields for seven years at Gernandt & Danielsson in Stockholm.
Delphi is currently expanding its banking and finance practice.
