Herkules agrees to acquire Intelecom

Herkules has reached an agreement to acquire the Norwegian enterprise communication provider, Intelecom.

The company has been acquired from AWilhelmsen Capital, Kistefos Venture Capital, Telenor Communications II and minority shareholders.

The acquisition was made through the Herkules III fund and will be completed in mid-September.
