
Bure Equity sells Energo for SEK 230m
Bure Equity AB has agreed to sell its 94.5% stake in engineering consulting company Energo to ÅF AB for SEK 230m.
The capital gain from the exit is approximately SEK 125m. Bure acquired Retea in 2001 and merged the company with Energo in 2006. The investor has further supported the company with the bolt-on of CLC in 2008.
Energo is based in Stockholm and employs approximately 270 staff.
