Intera acquires majority share in Tehoc
Intera Equity Partners has acquired a majority share in industrial cleaning and maintenance service provider Tehoc Oy.
Previous management will remain minority shareholders. The company offers heavy cleaning and maintenance services to industrial and construction sector clients in Finland.
