Investinor et al. invest $4.2m in ExproSoft AS
Norwegian private equity funds Investinor and Viking Venture have acquired a 42.3% share of ExproSoft AS.
A spin-off of the Norwegian research institute SINTEF, Exprosoft is a supplier of risk-management analyses and software for the oil and gas industry. Attracted by the company's revenues ($2.56m turnover in 2009), the investors are aiming to prepare the firm for further international expansion.
