FSN Capital mulls Troax listing
FSN Capital has appointed financial advisers for a potential float of Stockholm-based portfolio company Troax.
FSN is exploring a possible listing for Troax, a metal mesh panel producer, on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in Stockholm.
The Nordic private equity firm has hired Carnegie Investment Bank and Handeslbanken Capital Markets as financial advisers.
FSN acquired Troax in December 2012 from Accent Equity in an auction process run by ABG Sundal Collier. It used its third fund, a €375m vehicle that closed in September 2008, to finance the transaction.
In July, Troax merged with Satech Safety Technology in Italy, while it spent SEK 50m on a new painting facility in Hillerstorp in September. It has an EBITDA of €18m.
