Nordic Capital prepares listing of Falck
Nordic Capital is preparing to list Danish emergency and assistance company Falck.
Nordic Capital and ATP Private Equity Partners acquired the company in December 2004 in a €700m take-private. The company is expected to be valued at twice the amount in the upcoming floatation.
Danske Markets, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs International have been appointed joint bookrunners.
Falck is headquartered in Copenhagen and employs 15,000 staff. Revenues in 2008 amounted to €1bn.
