EQT Opportunity divests Tenson
EQT Opportunity has sold Tenson to Benelux-based Unlimited Sports Group.
EQT acquired Tenson in 2006. The brand was part of Norwin Group, which also included brands Melka acquired in 2006 and sold a year later, and Five Seasons, acquired in 2007 and exited last year.
Following the divestments, Norwin changed its name to Lundhags. Lundhags product range includes footwear, clothing, backpacks and Nordic skating equipment and is sold in Germany and the Nordic region.
