Campbell new CEO of Ratos

Susanna Campbell has been appointed as CEO of Ratos.
Previous CEO Arne Karlsson has been proposed as new chairman of the board.
The promotions were brought about by previous chairman Stenhammar declining re-election after 18 years of service on the board, 14 of which he spent as chairman. Karlsson was seen as the strongest candidate, and in turn left the position of CEO open.
Campbell has been an investment director with Ratos since 2010, responsible for one of five investment teams and a number of portfolio companies. She started her career at Alfred Berg Corporate Finance in 1996, after graduating with an MSc Econ degree from Stockholm School of Economics. She has previously worked at consultancy McKinsey in 2000, and joined Ratos as investment manager in 2003.
The changes are expected take effect at Ratos' annual general meeting on 18 April.
