Polaris promotes four
Nordic GP Polaris Private Equity has promoted Peter Maigaard, Rune Gornitzka and Martin BangтLУЖwgren to director positions, while Simon Wille has been promoted to investment manager.
Maigaard joined the Polaris team in 2000 from industrial player Tarconord. Gornitzka joined Polaris in 2005 from telecommunications company TDC. Bang‐Löwgren joined in 2009 from medical technology business Coloplast, and Wille was with industrial group AP Møller Mærsk before joining Polaris in 2010.
Polaris has made five new platform investments and a further seven add-on deals in 2012, and also secured exits from Skamol and Fiskarhedenvillan.
