Segulah acquires European Travel Interactive
Segulah has acquired European Travel Interactive AB (eTRAVELi) from Norvestor Equity in a secondary buyout.
The company was formed in August 2007 when Norvestor acquired and merged online travel agents Seat24 AB and SRG Online AB. Norvestor has since completed a number of add-on acquisitions and expected gross sales for 2010 are SEK 5bn.
Norvestor owned a 70% stake in the company, which has now been acquired by Segulah through the Segulah IV fund.
