
Hannes Snellman appoints Mads Ilum
The law firm Hannes Snellman has appointed Mads Ilum as partner for the newly launched Copenhagen office.
Ilum will join Hannes Snellman on 1 January 2011. Prior to joining the law firm, Ilum worked for Plesner's corporate finance practice and has experience in capital markets and the regulation of financial institutions.
Hannes Snellman plans to grow its Copenhagen office within M&A, corporate, capital markets and banking & finance and in areas such as tax and competition law. The office aims to have 50 lawyers and 10-12 partners within three years.
