Nordic Capital cleared to take Orc Group private
Nordic Capital is expected to delist NASDAQ OMX-listed financial technology and service provider Orc Group in mid-February.
Following its SEK 2bn cash offer in December 2011, Nordic Capital has confirmed to unquote" that it has secured a 95.5% shareholding in the company. It thus fulfils the quoted 90% minimum stake in the offer document.
The acceptance period has been extended to 14 February, after which the company will be delisted. The deal has been approved by relevant authorities.
