
CapMan winds down Finnventure funds; exits Turo Tailor
Finnish GP CapMan has sold Turo Tailor AB, a producer of men's suits, to the company's management. The business was the last investment in the Finnventure funds.
CapMan has held a 89% stake in the business since 1997, via its funds Finnventure Rahasto II Ky, Finnventure Rahasto III Ky and Finnventure Rahasto III G funds.
The exit from Turo Tailor marks the end of the funds' activities.
Founded in Kuopio in 1938, Turo Tailor is Nordic region's largest producer of men's suits. Its main markets are Finland, Norway and Sweden. Last year, net sales amounted to EUR 17.8m.
