Intera acquires Polarica
Intera Equity Partners has acquired a 50% stake in berries and wild game supplier Polarica.
The transaction also sees Hartwall Capital take a 20% stake in the company. Polarica is being sold by the founder and the sixth-AP fund, which will become an indirect owner through the Intera funds. The investors will support a continued international expansion.
Polarica is based in Haparanda, Sweden and recorded a turnover of approximately SEK 750m in the last financial year.
