
Accent acquires stake in new aviation group
Accent Equity has acquired a 50% stake in Aviator Airport Alliance, a newly formed group of Nordic aviation service providers.
The companies in the group are Nordic Aero, Røros Flyservice and Norport Ground Handling. The investor will own 50% through its Accent Equity 2008 fund, while founders and management of the included companies own the other half.
The group has a combined turnover of SEK 1bn and employs 1,250 people. Accent is looking to support growth organically and through acquisitions, with the aim of expanding in the European market.
