
Industrifonden fully exits Qliktech
Industrifonden has sold its remaining 6.5% stake in Qliktech after listing on NASDAQ in New York in July 2010.
The latest share sale was valued at SEK 780m and in total, the investment in Qliktech has given Industrifonden a settlement of SEK 920m, representing an exit multiple of 40x. Industrifonden has been an investor in the company since 1997 and, over the course of the investment period, invested SEK 23m.
In July 2010 Qliktech listed on NASDAQ at a share price of $10. The shares offered in the IPO raised $112m. Since then, the share price has increased to approximately $23.50.
Qliktech was founded in Lund, Sweden, in 1993 and is now headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The company offers easy-to-use software for interactive data analysis that enables companies and their management to effectively and proactively monitor, manage and optimise their business.
