SVCA stats shows record exit activity
According to statistics from SVCA, the value of venture exits in Sweden have more than doubled the first six months of 2007, with an increase of 110% compared to the same period last year and total value of SEK 6.37bn. Exits in the buyout segment have increased by 333% on the previous year with a total value of SEK 50.23bn. High prices and a favourable economic climate have enabled a record amount of participants to finance acquisitions in Sweden and that has driven the prices up further.
