
CapMan Buyout appoints Johnson as partner
Nordic mid-market private equity investor CapMan Buyout has appointed Dan Johnson as a partner in its Stockholm office.
Johnson will be working with CapMan's latest buyout fund, CapMan Buyout X, which focuses on mid-market investments in Finland, Norway and Sweden.
Before joining CapMan, Johnson was a founding partner of private investment and consultancy company Marluc Partners, from 2011 to 2012. Prior to opening his own firm, Johnson worked as a partner at private equity house FSN Capital Partners, focusing on transactions in Sweden.
Before 2006, Johnson was managing director at Mercuri Urval and worked for 13 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as head of the Nordic Industrial Practice while acting as a member of the BCG Nordic leadership team.
