Axcel sells Netcompany
Axcel has sold its stake in Danish outsourcing firm Netcompany to the company’s management team.
The investor acquired a 60% stake in Netcompany in September 2006. Since then, turnover has tripled from DKK 77m to DKK 250 in 2010, while EBIT has increased from DKK 15m to DKK 80m. According to Axcel, the investment was fully recouped after nearly two years' ownership, and the investment generated an IRR of more than 50%.
