
Amadeus and Northzone to list EPiServer
Venture capital investors Amadeus Capital and Northzone Ventures will sell their shares in software company EPiServer.
The listing on Nasdaq OMX will involve floating 41% of the company's shares for between SEK 52-60. The total offered shares are valued between SEK 288-333m and gives the company a market cap of SEK 630-727m. The offer period ends on the 28th June for individuals and the 29th for institutions with the expected first day of trading on 30th June 2010.
