Accent Equity acquires Troax
Accent Equity has acquired Swedish security provider Troax from the Gunnebo group.
The company specialises in security products for machines, warehouses and private property. In 2010 the company recorded a turnover of approximately SEK 500m. It employs close to 300.
The investor is looking to support growth organically and through possible acquisitions.
