Kistefos-backed GIPS receives NOK 421m offer from Google
Media reports suggest that Kistefos-backed technology business Global IP Solutions AB (GIPS), also listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, has received an offer from Google for NOK 421m.
The company board is said to have recommended that shareholders accept the offer, while shareholders holding close to a 50% stake –including Kistefos – are said to be committed to accept the offer.
Global IP Solutions AB (GIPS) develops embedded voice and multimedia processing solutions for real-time communications over packet networks.
