
Herkules acquires Process Vision
Herkules has acquired Finnish energy software provider Process Vision Oy.
The company will join Herkules' other portfolio companies, Elis AS and Popkorn AS, in forming a larger group of competence offering software and IT solutions to utility companies. Herkules acquired Elis in April 2010 and Popkorn in February 2011. The new group will jointly generate revenues of approximately €30m in 2011.
Founded in 1993, Process Vision is a software supplier to the utility segment, offering energy data management, meter data management, ERP systems and other related software. The company is headquartered in Helsinki and has operations in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Norway and New Zealand.
