
Hannes Snellman recruits three
Hannes Snellman has recruited Bjorn Kristianson, Mikkel Baaring Lerche and Nikolaj Bjornholm to its Nordic law office.
Equity capital markets specialist Kristianson has been hired as partner, while Baaring Lerche and Bjornholm will work as lawyers, specialising in M&A and corporate law and Danish and international corporate tax respectively.
Baaring Lerche will have particular responsibility for private equity transactions and Bjornholm will focus on transaction-related tax advice.
Phillip Risbjorn, the company's Managing Partner in Copenhagen, said: "We aim to grow to some 50 lawyers, including 10-12 partners, within three years."
