
New Danish seed fund attracts DKK 435m in first closing
Danish start-up investor SEED Capital Denmark has secured DKK 435m in commitments for second fund.
The Danish pension fund is currently the majority investor in the new vehicle, while the Danish government contributed DKK 148m through its venture fund Vækstfonden .
The fund aims to hit its DKK 750m target by the end of 2010.
It will invest in start-ups specialising in biotech, medtech, environmental technology and IT.
