
Ratos exits Haglöfs in trade sale
Ratos has sold outdoor equipment producer Haglöfs to Asics for approximately SEK 1bn.
The sale gives Ratos an exit profit of SEK 765m and an IRR of 30%. Ratos acquired the company in conjunction with the buyout of Atle in 2001.
The company's turnover has grown from SEK 195m in 2001, to SEK 590m in 2009. The transaction is likely to be completed in the third quarter.
