
3i acquires OneMed from CapMan
3i has acquired medical supplies distributor OneMed Group Oy from CapMan, which owned approximately 66% of the company.
The transaction will see CapMan's Finnmezzanine III B and CapMan Buyout VIII funds move closer to carry. Danske Bank Corporate Finance and DC Advisory Partners advised CapMan on the sale of the company.
3i will support the expansion and consolidation in Northern and Eastern Europe, drawing from their experience in the healthcare sector.
