CapMan makes changes in management group
CapMan has strengthened its management group and organisation with the appointment of Kaisa Arovaara as CFO and as a member of the management group that will be responsible for the new internal services unit.
Partner Jerome Bouix has been transferred to be head of the new investor services unit. Torben von Lowzow has been appointed as partner and member of the management group. Senior partner Kai Jordahl, group HR director Hilkka-Maija Katajisto and legal council Martti Timgren have been appointed as members of the management group. The changes to the organisation were made to meet growth and became effective as of 1 October.
