Investinor sells THINK shares
Investinor AS has sold its shares in THINK Holdings AS to Ener1 Inc, in return for shares in Ener1.
The deal follows a number of similar transactions where other shareholders have swapped shares in THINK for shares in Ener1. A return on investment will not be determined until the sale of the shares in Ener1, which is listed on the NASDAQ OMX in the US.
Investinor made its initial investment in the company in August 2009 when it participated in a NOK 225m funding round alongside Ener1, Valmet Automotive and Rockport Capital. In May 2010 Investinor injected an additional NOK 20m. Investinor has in total provided NOK 65m in equity and loans for the company and owned 5.5% of THINK.
THINK was founded in 1990 and is an electric car manufacturer.
