Creandum appoints Hjalmar Winbladh
Creandum has appointed Hjalmar Winbladh as part time venture partner.
In his new role Winbladh will be responsible for sourcing and managing new investments. Winbladh is a serial entrepreneur and co-founded Sendit during the 1990s, which went public in 1997 before being acquired by Microsoft for SEK 1.3bn.
He then served as general manager of Microsoft's mobile internet business. In 2006 Winbladh left Microsoft to establish Rebtel, an independent mobile VoIP company, where he is currently chairman. Winbladh also co-founded Epidemic Sounds.
Prior to joining Creandum, Winbaldh has acted as adviser to EQT.
