
Volati acquires Team Ortopedteknik
Swedish buyout house Volati has acquired orthopaedic technology company Team Ortopedteknik
Team Ortopedteknik designs specially adapted aids to each patients. Clients include private patients in need of insoles and varying protective devices, aid organisations working with patients suffering from injuries from war, Swedish county council acquiring aid and devices for local citizens.
The company is also focusing on prevention, assisting companies and corporates to prevent strain related injuries and illnesses.
Volati already has one portfolio company within the sector, Olmed Ortopediska. Combined, the two businesses will have a staff of 300 and a SEK 300m turnover.
