Norinnova Forvaltning AS has invested in ProAware AS through its Norinnova Invest AS fund, taking a 23.3% stake in the company.

Based in Tromsø, the company develops IT solutions for companies to enhance future awareness. Steinar Høier, Jan Fjelddalen and Jørn Halonen founded the company and Tore H Normann of Norinnova will join the board of directors.
