
Ratos to list Bisnode
Ratos, the Swedish listed private equity firm, is planning an IPO of its portfolio company Bisnode, according to a statement released on 12 September. The company plans to list on OMX before the end of the year. Ratos holds a 70% stake in Bisnode valued at SEK 1.295bn, while Bonnier holds the remaining of the shares.
Bisnode is a publisher that creates, distributes, markets and sells digital business information for the general business-to-business environment and organisations in order to improve and to facilitate day-to-day business decisions. Ratos acquired 70% of the shareholding from Bonnier in 2005.
