
Capidea acquires water treatment business Guldager
Danish small-cap GP Capidea has acquired water technology company Guldager from its founder.
The deal saw Capidea take a majority stake in the Danish company, while founder Henrik and Hans Guldager retained a minority stake. The former will continue in his role as board member.
As part of the buyout, Steen Ulrik Madsen will join Guldager as CEO and minority shareholder.

Guldager is a Danish water treatment and rust protection company based in Allerød.
The company provides water treatment and rust protection products to residential properties, industrial facilities, catering, hospitals and the energy sector, as well as related services and maintenance.
In addition to its Danish operations, the company has subsidiaries in Belgium and Switzerland.
