
Sentica exits Arjessa in €32m trade sale
Finnish small-cap GP Sentica Partners has exited psychiatric services provider Arjessa in a €32m EV deal.
Swedish social care company Humana will acquire 100% of Arjessa in the trade sale by tapping cash reserves and existing credit facilities.
Sentica will relinquish its entire 76.5% stake in the transaction, which sees management continue to lead the business under the Humana group structure.
Previous funding
Sentica acquired its shareholding in Arjessa in an MBO in November 2010, financed through its €113m Sentica Buyout III fund.

Based in Helsinki, Arjessa is a provider of psychiatric and psychosocial services for children.
The company was founded in 2010 and operates 13 subsidiaries across Finland. It employs a staff of 800 and generated net revenues of €32.1m in 2015 with EBITA of €3.1m.
