Swedish mid-market buyout house Accent Equity has acquired a majority stake in temperature controlled transportation company Tommy Nordbergh Åkeri (TNÅ).

The founding family's decision to sell comes as part of its succession planning, the chair of Nordbergh Holding said in a statement.
