Intera Partners in Wise Group SBO
Private equity firm Intera Partners has acquired a 70% stake in building consultancy Wise Group Finland from Helmet Business Mentors.
Intera sourced the deal proprietarily from Helmet. The investor has already announced its intentions to list the business in the future, but plans additional hires and add-on acquisitions before doing so.
The company's management will continue to hold a minority share.
Previous funding
Helmet acquired a majority stake in Wise for €3.6m in 2010 with a mandate from a group of investors.

Wise offers construction-related consulting, engineering and building development for building and renovation projects. The business employs 450 staff and operates from 15 locations in Finland.
Wise has a turnover of €40m, is headquartered in Kotka and was founded in 2010.
