
Accent Equity invests in Eco Log
Swedish lower-mid-market buyout firm Accent Equity Partners has entered the ownership structure of SУЖderhamn-based forestry machinery maker Eco Log.
The GP tapped its SEK 3.8bn 2011-vintage Accent Equity 2012 fund for the equity portion of the deal.
Accent will become an owner of Eco Log alongside founder Stig Linderholm, who founded the business in 2004.

Eco Log is a forestry machinery manufacturer based in Söderhamn. The company makes cut-to-length log harvesters and forwarders for the forestry industries.
The company was founded in 2004 as a carve-out from Caterpillar's forestry machine product lines.
According to publicly available information, Eco Log recorded revenues of SEK 437m in 2015 with SEK 14.6m in EBITDA.
The business employs a staff of 70.
