
Procuritas holds €318m final close for sixth fund
Swedish buyout house Procuritas has held a final close for its sixth fund, Procuritas Capital Investors VI (PCI VI), on its €318m hard-cap.
Announced in September 2016, the vehicle launched with a €300m target. After seven months on the road, the fund hit its €318m hard-cap and will commence its investment phase.
According to a statement, PCI VI is domiciled in Sweden and follows the same investment strategy as its predecessors. The GP's previous vintage was Procuritas Capital Investors V, which held a final close on its €200m target in June 2012, after five months on the road. PCI V currently has seven assets in its portfolio.

Investors
According to unquote" data, Nordic insurance company Gjensidige Forsikring committed an undisclosed amount to the fund, alongside US-based public pension fund State of Wisconsin Investment Board and UK asset management firm F&C Asset Management, which committed $28m and €7m respectively.
Investments
As was the case for its predecessors, the GP will focus on mid-market businesses mainly based in the Nordic market.
