Small-cap buyout firm Litorina Capital Advisors has sold Swedish office supplier Ocay to AllOffice after a five-year holding period.
The Stockholm-based GP began acquiring office local consumables suppliers in 2012 to form Ocay in 2013, and is selling the consolidated group after a five-year holding period.
According to a statement, the newly merged business will become one of the largest office suppliers in Sweden with a combined turnover of around SEK 1bn.
The acquirer runs central distribution from its warehouse in Östersund and operates from 10 local sites.
Previous funding
Litorina established Ocay in 2013 by merging local suppliers of office consumables to the private and public sectors in Sweden.
Company
The group owns and runs stores that sell office supplies to small- and medium-sized businesses. It also provides web-based shop and customer services. Ocay currently operates 36 stores across Sweden with a central warehouse in Norrköping, which together serve 50,000 customers across the country.
