
Triton exits Infratek Group
Triton Partners has sold its majority stake in Oslo-based infrastructure technical services provider Infratek to French concessions and construction company Vinci Group.
Vinci wholly acquired Infratek.
Triton acquired a 76.3% stake in the firm from its two largest shareholders, Fortum Nordic and Hafslund, in June 2013 via Triton Fund III. The transaction was valued at €84.7m.
Company
Founded in 2002, Infratek is headquartered in Oslo, and has several offices across Norway, Sweden and Finland. The group offers services for power grids, railway systems, fibre networks, district heating, public street lighting and technical security services. Its customers include national and regional grid operators and utilities. The company also connects charging stations for electrical cars.
Infratek employs a staff of 1,350. It reported a turnover of €300m in 2016.
