Generationsskifte buys Marselisborg
Danish private equity investor Generationsskifte Invest has acquired a 65% stake in Danish recruitment company Marselisborg.
The company's management team has retained a minority stake, three years after it acquired a majority stake from previous majority shareholder Michael Dyreholt in February 2015.
Marselisborg generated a turnover of DKK 60m for 2017, according to Danish press reports.
Company
Marselisborg was founded by the Danish ministry of employment in 2002 to support the municipal government in creating a more inclusive labour market. The company was privatised in 2006 and acquired by the company's management team in 2015. It offers an advisory service in the field of employment and has developed operational and strategic models, courses and tools to assist with this. The company is headquartered in Odense and has seven additional offices across Denmark. It employs 65 people.
