Adelis sells NGI to trade buyer Habasit
Adelis has sold its majority stake in NGI, a Danish manufacturer of stainless steel levelling feet, after a four-year holding period.
The GP sold its stake in NGI to Switzerland-based Habasit, a manufacturer of light conveyor and power transmission belts.
The company's current CEO, Jan Nygaard, will continue in his role in the management team as well as a shareholder following the close of the deal.
NGI marked the first investment in Denmark for Adelis, which acquired the firm in January 2014 via its Adelis Equity Fund I.
